Through
our impressive database of tool designs accumulated over our many years
of experience, the Design Department provides reliable complete-in-house
tooling design with detailed drawings. We design and fabricate high
standard press tools for product materials of thickness ranging from
0.1mm to 4.0mm with tooling sizes up to 2 to 3 metres in length. Here,
we assess each customer's individual needs before providing value-added
design, refinement or development services to deliver the highest
standards to our clients.
The Design Department
is well equipped with high-tech facilities and design software which
enable us to load customer data or drawings in DXF, IGES, DWG format,
etc. The transfer of data is enabled via email, internet, FTP, floppy
disk or hard copy drawings.
